Lifetime Warranty on Drinkware

What is covered by the Lifetime Warranty?

All of our drinkware products are covered by our Lifetime Warranty. If your Dinique drinkware ever breaks, cracks or crazes we will replace it.

What does Craze or crazing mean?

Simply put, environmental stress cracking or crazing refers to internal (crazing) or external (cracking) fractures of the plastic material.

Can Tritan Scratch?

Yes, like glass, all plastic drinkware can be scratched or scuffed if it's miss handled.

Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces, soaps with abrasive particals, and scouring pads. Scratching is NOT covered by our warranty.

Care & Use

How do I keep my drinkware looking amazing?

Drinique products are tough, but even though they are unbreakable, everything thrives when it's shown a little love...

1) Sunblock is great for your skin but it's actually harmful to plastics. After applying sunblock, be sure to wash your hands before you grab your drink.

2) Essential Oils might smell good, but they can 'tarnish' or create a haze on high clarity food grade plastics. Avoid prolonged contact with beverages that contain fresh squeezed vegetable or fruit juices, including citrus. Briefly rinsing with water immediately after use is recommended.

3) Like glass, plastic can scratch, so avoid using anything abrasive to clean or wipe off your Drinique drinkware. A soft sponge and kitchen towel to dry will keep it looking beautiful.

4) Don't fear the dishwasher! All of our Drinkware is dishwasher safe and does great with the added help of a rinse aid like Jet Dry.

Can I put my Drinique drinkware in the dishwasher?

Yes! For sure on the top rack, and as long as your dishwasher doesn't have an exposed heating element on the bottom, you can safely wash them on the bottom rack as well.

Make sure you check, many residential diswashers do have exposed heating elements.

What dish detergent do you recommend?

Traditional Cascade and Finish brand dish detergents do an excellent job.

We also recommend using a rinse aid, like Jet Dry, especially if hard water is an issue.

Can I use heated wash and dry cycles?

Yes, we do at home and our drinkware comes out spotless every time!

Just make sure to keep your Drinique drinkware on the top rack if your dishwasher has an exposed heating element at the bottom.

I'm in the market for a new dishwasher, is there a brand you recommend?

If you have a choice, go with ASKO!

For the record, Drinique has no affiliation with ASKO, we just use them at home and we know they keep our drinkware looking amazing for years.

Where is Drinique made?

All Drinique products are Made in USA.

The raw materials we use are made in Tennessee and all of our products are made in Arizona.

Where can I buy Drinique?

For retail customers Drinique is currently available on Drinique.com and Amazon.com.

Commercial customers can purchase through most of the major hospitality and foodservice distributors across the USA.

What is Tritan plastic?

Tritan is a premium BPA-free plastic manufactured by Eastman in Kingsport, Tennessee. It has the clarity of glass and amazing durability, all while being the safest plastic in the world.

Why is Tritan safer than other plastics?

Tritan is best plastic available because it is free of bisphenol A (BPA) and other bisphenol compounds such as bisphenol S (BPS). Inferior plastics such as Polycarbonate contain BPA which has recently been banned in some countries due to it being linked to cancer and other types of negative health issues.

Is Drinique drinkware sweat proof?

None of our drinkware is advertised as sweatproof because it's not double walled. However, the wall thickness of Drinique drinkware is thicker than most, and because Tritan has much better insulative properties than glass or metal, our drinkware generally doesn't sweat anywhere near as much as a typical plastic cup or glass would.

The climate also influences how much drinkware will condensate. In very humid climates you are likely to see some condensation on the outside of our drinkware. Here in Arizona, where humidity is low, we almost never see our drinkware sweat or condensate.

Where does Drinique ship from?

Purchase made on Drinique.com are shipped directly from our warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona.

As we grow, we plan to add warehouse locations across the country.

If you purchase Drinique on Amazon.com it will ship from any number of Amazon fulfillment centers.

Return policy

Returnable Items

You may return new, unused products sold and fulfilled by Drinique, LLC with a receipt or packing slip within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the sale price and tax. The cost of shipping is not refundable. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.  Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the items are used, washed, damaged, or without original packaging.  

Once returned items are received by Drinique, LLC. and inspected, you can expect to receive the refund back on the original form of payment within 14 business days.  

Please note that should an item on a “free delivery” order be returned or exchanged, the initial waived delivery charge and any subsequent delivery charges will be applied. The only exception is a packing error.

If you decide to return an item that fits the above conditions, you may ship it back to us at the address below.

Non-Returnable Items

Drinique does not permit the return of or offer refunds for any CUSTOMIZED ITEMS (i.e., items that have been engraved or printed on).

Defective Items

Drinique prides itself on quality control and does best to check all products to the best of our ability before they are sent out.  If you feel you received a defective item please e-mail us as soon as possible at info@shopdrinique.com with your purchase details. 

NOTE: Drinique recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Drinique or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
